What does the monthly IV infusion include?
Zia Silver includes a Monthly Replenishing IV Infusion. Zia Gold gives you a choice between Replenishing or Recovery. Zia Platinum lets you choose any single-dose IV each month.
Does the $9/unit price apply to both Botox and Dysport?
Yes — all three membership tiers include $9/unit pricing on both Botox and Dysport, a 10% savings off standard pricing.
What happens if I don't use my full membership value?
Unused monthly value can be applied as credit toward future purchases, so your membership is never wasted.
Can I change or cancel my membership?
Membership requires a six-month minimum commitment. After your initial six months, you're welcome to cancel at any time
Can I upgrade to a higher tier later?
Yes — you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. Just reach out to our team and we'll get you moved up before your next billing cycle.
